A new name was not the only detail that distinguished the Venetian writing instruments made in the late 1920s. During this period of great industrial and craft renaissance, many of the region's finest exports were distinguished by the boldness of their designs. The discreet decorations of this archival reissue reveal traces of local pride and know-how. The skilful workmanship and minimal use of gilded brass enrich the shapes of the instrument without compromising its functionality.
